Shipping

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options through USPS, including:

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damaged Items
If you received your order damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping
We are not currently shipping internationally. Please check back for changes to availability.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or store credit, minus shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Exchanges
We understand that you might change your mind about a product. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item within 30 days of receiving it. You can then place a new order for the item you'd prefer. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
Custom Orders
Please note that custom orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will provide you with a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
How to Return or Exchange

We will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item(s). Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
